In April, I quit my job in a big London law firm and left the big smoke and my career to learn how to cook at the Ballymaloe cookery school, in rural Ireland. This blog is about food, about the amazing people who dedicate their lives to making artisan food products, and about my journey from boiling an egg to the perfect Grand Marnier souffle.
